Steampunk Game Jam Pt. 1 (WIP)

For this studio jam the theme is Steampunk and I will be making the environments and the blueprints for the game in Unreal Engine. So for the mechanics in the game will be a top down perspective type of game that will have waves of mechanical mages as the enemies for which the player will have to defeat to complete the levels. The Game Jam will last for about a month and the game will be uploaded to Itch.io when it's finished.
This is the ground floor for the Steampunk game I made in Blender using two of the Array modifiers for the X and on the Y. I also UV unwrapped, packed the islands in the UV as tightly as I could and texture painted for a stylized sort of look. It took me a few hours to finish modeling this ground floor for the game. The next thing I will model in Blender will be the buildings and then I'll import them into the Unreal Engine.
I have the enemy AI moving around and is able to chase the player when it's near.
This is showing the patrol method for the AI where it follows a path from point to point. I also imported these buildings in the game and made the gears turn automatically when the game starts.
